I use Basic, and often switch between devices when traveling. Now I'm back home after a vacation, but am unable to re-add my desktop as a 3rd device. Am in account, settings, security, and everything is greyed out.

The program won’t allow me to delete old ones. I ended up uninstalling & reinstalling the program. Then it worked. Am still unable to remove “old” devices, though, which is an annoyance, but not a problem.
Have you checked that the old ones have also been removed from https://www.dropbox.com/account/security
