Ubuntu Server Add ZFS drive to dropbox

Hello, i am trying to direct dropbox to use a folder on a zfs drive on a home made NAS. everything is running i just am unsure of how to direct it there.

All services are running, dropbox is running as a service. I am unsure of exactly what details I should provide, and any help would be immensely apprecated.

Have you tried moving your Dropbox folder through the desktop app's preferences?
