Hi, Dropbox Team!
I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox.
this is an account I'm using to create the topic, I created it to access the community in search of solving my problem on my main storage account!
Hi @ImGone, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and try again.
Also, make sure to check the junk/spam folder just in case.
Keep me updated with any progress!

I already tried this solution but it didn't solve the problem.
Already checked spam/junk folder.
Is the email you're using part of a business domain, or from a public email provider?

In this case, I’d recommend logging a ticket with our support team instead. Since they have account visibility on their end, they’ll be able to look into this further.
Here are the steps you can follow:
Please upload that ticket number here, so that we can locate your request in our system.

I am not receiving the six digit verification code to get into my dropbox. the username and password word, but it's asking for the code. I've verified that the email is working. How do I fix this. thanks Cathy

Have you checked your spam folder, to see if the email went there?
If not, try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try again.
