Let's check if you can get any option for viewing or changing the email via the avatar at the top right.
Be sure to check the options in "My profile", and "My settings". If you can add or change the email anywhere, it's going to be there.
I'd expect you would get email notifications via the verified Dropbox account email, in the meantime, if you created this Community profile while signed into a Dropbox account.
Check in your spam/junk mail, just in case anything slipped by there.
