I need to change my email but I'm getting a message to contact the admin

I created a basic Dropbox account years ago and use it almost daily. I am sharing some folders with two other people. I want to change my email address, but when I use the form, Dropbox displays an info image and will not make the change. The info indicates that I need to contact the administrator, but I am the one who created the account, how do I find out who the administrator is?

    If you're getting a message to contact your admin, when trying to change your email address, that indicates that you're signed in to a Dropbox team account, could that be the case?

     

    Also, which form are you referring to?

     

    Have you tried changing your email from this page?

      Thanks, Hanna. That was the page I using and it didn't work. However, I used one of my other email addresses and that did work.
