I changed the device and when I downloaded the program again, the data and images did not appear. Please help recover my data
Hey @Mohamed ali, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Is it possible that when you signed in to the Dropbox app, you signed in to a different account?
That's the first thing I would suggest looking at.
If that's not the case, what do you see in your events page or your deleted files page? Can you see your files?

Hey @Mohamed ali, if you weren't able to locate any content in these pages, that means that the content was either deleted a long time ago, or that it's a new account.
I'm leaning towards the latest option. Would you mind checking for any alternative email addresses that you might own, to check if your files are present on a different Dropbox account?

I have old data on my phone that I saved, and the last time I saw my data was several months ago before I changed the phone.
