I have another account, but I don't remember the info. What can I do?
I have another account but don't remember my info to get into it how do I get into it I do not want to lose everything in it.

Hi Motheruv6, welcome to our Community!
When you say you don't remember the info, do you mean that you can't recall neither the password, nor the email used to create it?
Is there any linked device, that you might have previously used with that account? Can you check any email addresses that you own, for any Dropbox related emails, that would help you identify if you opened an account with said email?

Unless you can remember the email address (and still have access to it) it wont be possible to log in. Can you run a search on your emails for no-reply@dropbox.com to see if you can find any messages?
How long ago did you last log in? If it was 12 months + the account would have been deleted due to inactivity 😞
