I have another account, but I don't remember the info. What can I do?
I have another account but don't remember my info to get into it how do I get into it I do not want to lose everything in it.

When you say you don't remember the info, do you mean that you can't recall neither the password, nor the email used to create it?
Is there any linked device, that you might have previously used with that account? Can you check any email addresses that you own, for any Dropbox related emails, that would help you identify if you opened an account with said email?
