I had a message that I signed in with Firefox and Windows but I don't use either.
I had a message that I had signed in with firefox and windows10. I was told to get in touch, but even though there are pages and pages of queries and responses, there seems to be no way to get individual help. The point is that I had recently signed in, but I don't use firefox, nor Windows 10. Could anyone explain.

How did you sign in? What device was it?
Id not be too concerned if it was from a time you did sign in.
