How do I change the language of my mobile app?

Hi,
please, how can I change language on my dropbox mobile app (iphone)? From the start the mobile app is in cyrillic. Of course I can change the language to English in Desktop/Web Dropbox, but on my mobile, there is no change. Even if I delete the cache in mobile app.

Hey @Lenka32, welcome to our Community!

 

In general, the language of your Dropbox mobile app is determined by the system language of your OS. So, for example, if your phone’s language has been set to French, then you should be seeing the same language when opening your mobile app.

My OS in my iPhone is Turkish but the language of dropbox comes German! How can I change it?

Could you clarify your device's exact OS version, and the version of the Dropbox mobile app?

 

Also, are you currently located in Germany

My device's OS version is iOS 17.6.1

The version of the Dropbox mobile app is 388.3.2

Hey @yusuf74! Can you restart your device and let me know if the language of the Dropbox app changes? 

 

If not, I’d like a screenshot of your device’s language settings, if you don’t mind.

Hi Nancy
The problem is solved when i removed the german language among the preferred languages. But german was not my primary language/iPhone language. But when I add it again among the preferred languages list while selecting Turkish as primary language app’s language changes again to german! How can I send you a screenshot in this platform?
