I think someone got the password to my Dropbox account and changed the associated password and e-mail account. Is there anything I can do?
Thanks
edit: I see someone else had the same problem, I'll contact support. Thanks

Hello,
I've got the same problem. Somebody hacked my mail account. Even though I know the actual password of the account, it won't let me login and ask me to reset my password with the mail I can't access ...
Can you help me please ?
Thank you

It sounds like your issue is actually different. From your description, it was your email address that you've lost access to, and not, presumably, your Dropbox account. You just can't sign into your Dropbox account because your password has expired.
In such a case, Dropbox cannot help you gain access to your Dropbox account. You need to first gain access to your email address, then you can receive the reset information for your Dropbox account. Without access to your email account, there's no way to gain access to the Dropbox account that uses that email address.
Thank you for your answer.
I guess I can't login one last time to change my email adress ? I don't think I will be able to retrieve my mail ..

No, that's not possible. You need your email address to receive the reset information, and to verify that the account is yours (email is the only way to do that). Can you contact your email provider and ask for assistance recovering the email account?
