I have recently had trouble syncing on different devices and discovered that the dropbox address is different on each device.  How can I reset the addresses please?

Hi there, @RiB, thanks for reaching out to our Community!

If you see two different addresses on your devices, that means that you have two different Dropbox accounts linked to those devices.

So, you'll need to figure out which one you want to keep, sign out of the one you don't want, and then sign in with the correct one.

You can see how to sign out of your devices here.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you - as I have created new files in both accounts, is there a way to merge the accounts?

Hi @bishor

No, sorry, there isnt.

The only thing I can suggest is creating shared folders between the two accounts to move everything over easily.
