Clicking on the Dropbox icon in my system tray is not opening the app to get to the preferences

I click on the Dropbox icon in the taskbar but the app won't open. I have even uninstalled the antivirus and restarted the computer, and it is still the same, nothing, not even a message explaining the issue. I need to access my account backup preferences because I only have about 900mb of information saved and the backup takes up about 15gb, it's ridiculous. It's there another way to erase the backup or only through the desk app?

Hey Beethuven, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Let's see what we can find out about it.

What do you see when you hover over the Dropbox icon in your system tray?

    Also, what's your OS version?

In the meantime, you should be able to access and delete your backups from your backups page.

Let me know what you find.
