Unable to login as I'm not receiving the 6 digit code

Hi. 7 years ago I created account on dropbox and it worked normally. Few times I changed devices, but there was no problem with logging in. After some time, I could not log in anymore, even with access to the email - I am still not getting this 6 - code.
Is my account blocked, deleted, is there any option I could ever log in again?

Hi there @Shom - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

From what I gather you must be referring to one time code to log into your account - right?

 

If you can't find the email in your spam/junk folder as well, may we reach out via email to investigate further?
