Security and Permissions

Our primary dropbox folder is locked. Permissions are set to "read only". Even with full admin control, we cannot delete files, or add to the folder... clearly because it's permissions aren't set to "read & write".
All detailed instructions from dropbox indicate that I can select any folder and adjust permissions online. However... I cannot do this to the master dropbox folder.
Pertinent details: Mac user. MacOS 14.4.1. Our account is the Team admin, with 1 additional member accessing the same folder.
Hi @Methodpro, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just for clarification, is this in the team space on your account? Are you able to add files to your personal folder?
Or, are you referring to adding files from the Dropbox folder in Finder directly?
This will help me to assist further!

@Methodpro, did you have any team updates, like this one, when you noticed this?
Also, when you say you can create new files via your web account, do you mean your Home page, or the Admin Console?
