Hi,
I was recently added to a shared folder, which has taken my data over my plan limit. I cannot see a way to remove the folders from my dropbox.
Please help!
Thanks
Buff

Mark,
Found that when searching initially. Can't do either of those options.
1. Delete is greyed out
2. People have access doesn't show up
Any other thoughts?

Hi @Buff Daddy,
Since it's not very clear where are you trying the things, can you post some screenshots that show where the "Delete is greyed out" and where you're checking and the "People have access doesn't show up"? 🤔 Maybe, the places are different... The screenshots may show exactly what's going on.
Add: Take in mind that if you received a shared view only folder, you can delete the folder itself, but not anything of its content! On such a shared folder, content entries (files/subfolders) "Delete" would be grayed out. Delete only the folder (as a single entry), nothing inside!

Hi again @Buff Daddy,
It looks like you're talking not about simple shared folder but for team folder/space. Only admins can manage such folders (including adding/removing members to there). If you're admin, log in as such and take appropriate steps. If you don't have admin rights, ask you admin to do it (or to increase the available space to you). 😉
Hope this helps.
@Rich - that did it - thank you!!!!
@Здравко - not an admin. Did send them a message but not 100% they are totally tech savvy.
Thanks for your help.
Can I re-add it lateron on my behalf?
