Not receiving verification email, how can I verify my account?

I have not been able to receive verification email or password reset email.

I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my google contacts account.

I've checked my spam folder. 

I've verified my address is correct. 

 

Please do help me sort this out

Just wanted to check in on you, and ask if you're still facing this, or if you managed to resolve it. 

 

Provided you still couldn't verify your email, can you also try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then trying again?

I can't access my account because a security code is required, which should be sent to my email address. But I can't find one there. I think I forgot to verify my email address.

Hi everyone

 

I am not receiving the verification email to verify the email I have logged in with. 

I have looked in the spam folders and junk folders, but I am not getting anything. 

This is also affecting me receiving shared folders as I am not getting them either.

Hi Shaz35,

May I know if you have the Dropbox Dekstop App installed in any of your devices and is logged in automatically to your Dropbox account? Or if you have the Dropbox Mobile App installed and logged in on your mobile device? Because you can actually obtain the verification codes in the notification section of the App ( bell icon ) usually located on the top right corner of your account screen just beside your profile picture or name initials. Let me know if this helps . Thank you
