Not receiving verification email, how can I verify my account?

I have not been able to receive verification email or password reset email.

I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my google contacts account.

I've checked my spam folder. 

I've verified my address is correct. 

 

Please do help me sort this out

Not receiving email verification

Hey @Harsh Dhariwal, sorry to hear you’re having this issue.

 

It may be a long shot, but have you also added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts? If not, please do so, and then attempt to re-send the verification email.

 

Let me know when you have more updates.

Hi everyone,

 

I hope you're all well! I just wanted to pop a comment in here to link to this post with some really great advice on what to do if you are having trouble receiving your verification email! 

 

Hopefully, this will help if anyone has experiences with this issue again.

Just to make sure we're on the same page here: do you refer to the verification email, or the 6-digit-security one-time-code in order to access your Dropbox account? 

 

Can you also try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then try again?

Hello, 

 

I can not confirm my email adress because I don't receive the email confirmation. When I ask to "send me again" the e-mail I have an error message "a problem has occurred while processing your request". Can you help me please ?

Can you check your spam folder, to see if the email went there?

 

If not, try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then try to verify your email address again.
