Do you have any linked devices that you can access in order to get the one time code?
Also, have you tried using another browser since you first came across this issue?

@Rafistol86, the email was sent to the email address you see on this page. Since there was no reply though, it was closed automatically after a while.
Can you scroll down your email address’s inbox (or even spam folder) and see if you can locate it now? From what I can see, the ticket was logged about a month ago.
