From your post, my guess is that you’ve set up your Dropbox account with an email address that’s currently inaccessible (so it couldn’t be verified either), and now you can’t change it to a different email. Correct?
If yes, I’m afraid there’s not much to be done, since the email address will need to be verified first before changing it (you can also check this link for more details).
Will your current email address be active soon? If yes, you can verify it then and update your email after that.
