Hi,
I am not getting a 6 digit pin to access my account. I have even tried a password reset. Its not my spam filters the email is just not being sent. There are hundreds of requests like this on this forum. Can this issue be actually fixed?

Can you try logging in through a different browser, to see if that helps?
If not, please also add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try again.

There isnt an actually issue with Dropbox - it works for millions, there is something not working with your ISP if its not receiving emails from Dropbox.
Gmail are especially good at just randomly blocking Dropbox emails for example.
How long ago did you last log on?

There is an issue with dropbox not sending out the pin. i've requested the pin over 20 times and its not getting caught by a spam filter as its on a custom domain name and i can see the incoming email logs. Its just not being sent at all.
