How do we gain management of our Dropbox account?

We had someone managing our Dropbox in our business, they have left and we cannot contact them.&nbsp; Hoe do we assume Mgt of our Dropbox for our company?

We have an IT company, they have said we need to get the login and password sorted, they cant do that? None of us know it?&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hey ColinPF - sorry to jump in here, but I wanted to mention that in this case, you'll need to reach out directly to the team admin (the manager of your Dropbox for Business account) and ask for the email address they used for the admin account and the password if needed.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Also note that you can find your team's admin using these steps.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
