This is with reference to a previous post made by me regarding the unknown error popup and unable to login on any device with my dropbox account, I'm using another account to post this. I have tons of important office used docs stored and I've been using dropbox without problems for years but this sudden probably has created a great pinch for me as I might lose my job, someone who can help please help me this is very important

Hi @Rishi2, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link

 

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to use an email you can access when submitting the ticket.

 

Keep me updated with any progress!
