Can't invite people to join my team because they're already on another team

I tried inviting someone to join my team but it didn't work. because they are already apart of another team it wouldn't allow me to add them to mine. 

anyone know how to resolve this without making a new email?

Hey @jp28, thanks for reaching out to us.

I'm afraid that if someone is a member of another Dropbox Business team, they cannot be invited to a second one.

You'll either have to invite different emails or the admin of the other team will need to remove them from that one by converting their accounts back to individual ones.
