Can I update my Dropbox email, when I don't have access to the old one?
You almost certainly cannot - if it isnt letting you at www.dropbox.com/account then its not possible.
The easiest fix is to just set up a new account and move everything over. I'd strongly suggest doing so as a matter of urgency as if you get logged out you may not be able to get back in - even with Dropbox assistance. https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access

Sorry to jump in here, @Stephen Newton. I just wanted to confirm, you don’t know/remember the current password of your Dropbox account, correct?
Because if you do, then you can update your Dropbox email address from your account settings (even if you don't have access to the old email).
