Hi there!
I recently moved from Germany to Austria which comes with a change to the legal form of my company.
It took me a bit over a month to:
- not be able to contact support
- not be able to squeeze any useful information out of live chat or chatbots
- not be able to change my Billing Adress (wrong country)
- not be able to change my bank account (wrong country)
- not be able to switch my account from one country to another (wrong zip code)
and that list goes on.
Today is the day, that my account was switched to basic... which - tbh - panics me
how can i go back to my subscription?
how can i change the country, billing adress etc.?

Since your account has already been downgraded to the Basic plan, you can simply re-upgrade your account and use your new billing information.
You can see our current plans on this page.

If i do this - i am not able to fill in information about a billing adress.
Which i absolutely need to, because that changed.
Can you please clarify that for us, @dskthq? Do you not have the option to do so?

No, i hit upgrade -> choose the one i need -> fill in the payment option -> the only thing i can do besides that is hitting the "buy" button.

Can you please send us a screenshot of what you see after you choose your preferred plan?
Please make sure not to include any payment or personal info in the screenshot.

I can see that Austria is already listed as your country. Is it not allowing you to add the postcode next to it?
