I only had the Basic dropbox I received an email on my phone saying to upgrade so purchased the personal one money was taken but nothing has altered still says my account is pausedd as full
- Same thing happened to me today. Upgraded my account for the 30 day trial and they took the $$ already outta my account but there was an error saying “Upgrade Failed. An unknown error occurred. Please contact Dropbox support”
- The app in apple. And before you ask did i sign in on the correct account, YES. I only have ONE account. I’m irritated my money was taken from my bank account when it was supposed to be a FREE 30 DAY subscription. You don’t take a person’s money from their account until AFTER the 30 days are up.
