Will I lose my settings if I downgrade?

My Website company has linked my customers uploads and all works well if i cancel my business plan and subscribe to a personal one will I loose my settings folders etc. Basically I am worried about paying my website designers to set this up again.
I am the only user so don’t need the 3 user plan.

I’m have a website set up where customers upload their pdf print files this gets uploaded to the Dropbox then it automatically goes to my email to process the order. The folders hold current and previous jobs. Basically if I cancel my business plan trail can I just subscribe to the personal one without loosing any settings?

Can you please send more details on how you’ve set this up? Meaning, how do these files get uploaded to Dropbox from your website? Is this something that happens automatically and if yes, are you using any third-party programs to achieve this? 

And how are your files being automatically saved to your email address after that?

Thanks for your help I downgraded the account and everything still works fine.
