Upgrading business free trial

Upgrading business free trial

Hi,

I am about to lose my mind with Dropbox. I signed up for the business free trial, and then was out of storage so wanted to upgrade to the actual plan, went through and added payment then it still does not let me upgrade my account.

It shows that i have the storage but i'm not able to use any of the features, and when i send out links they all show temporarily disabled?

I have no access to chat support, so need a ticket created ASAP

why does dropbox not have any support phone #?

Hey there @yourdaybyjamie - thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Can you please clarify what your plan tab shows at the moment and also send us a screenshot of the error(s) you're getting?

Have you tried getting in touch with our support team through this page

Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

We're unable to access the link to your screenshot due to security policies @yourdaybyjamie

Could you try the camera icon within your reply's box instead?

That's because you're still on a trial. Once the trial ends and you're switched to a paid subscription, you'll gain access to the support options that are included with a paid Business account.

You'll likely need to wait for the trial to end and convert to a paid subscription. I don't think there's a way to convert it to a paid account earlier than that, aside from, possibly, cancelling the trial and just upgrading straight to a Business account.

the insert image option literally does not have anywhere to upload a image? it just says source, description and dimensions.

I'm nervous about cancelling the trial and upgrading right away because what if it deletes my files. they are all already shared
