Hello Dropbox team,
We've noticed an unknown charge on our PayPal as we've not made any purchase to your subscription.
Can someone please get back to me as your email says you support only paying customers.
What if we aren't paying and the charge is deducted, how will we know the login to our account?
Please can someone email me?

maybe I wrote twice, it was the weekend, I am not your client and I don't know your help system rules.
A fraud money transfer was made from my Paypal. I ask for refund. 4 people wrote to me and as a result - NOTHING

If you're having issues with locating the emails from our team, please let me know and I'll open a new ticket for you.
While we're at it, if this charge was a fraudulent one, you should also be contacting PayPal to inform them about this.
