Have you by any chance tried to use our self served look up tool to identify the email addresses that are associated with the charges?
If you did and don't recognize the charges and need further assistance with cancelling, you can contact our support team through this form.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant details.
Once you do that and get a ticket from our system, feel free to share its number here with us so that we can look it up too.
