Two payments in one month. How can I get a refund?

For some unknown reason I have had two payments taken from my account one 7th September and one 8th September. Can you please check and refund one if my payments. Thank uou

Hey @Grandma6, sorry to hear about this.

 

Have you by any chance tried to use our self served look up tool to identify the email addresses that are associated with the charges? 

 

If you did and don't recognize the charges and need further assistance with cancelling, you can contact our support team through this form.

 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant details.

 

Once you do that and get a ticket from our system, feel free to share its number here with us so that we can look it up too.
