Hi,
Business Account 'Standard': Is it possible to share one user with several employees?
(from different geo locations / for the access to the same file selection)
So if we need 3 different shared folders, each for ~5 people we just pay for 3 users?
thanks in advance..
Hi @Dockart2022
That is against Dropbox terms of service and can result in accounts being disabled (without recovery of data).
From a security perspective for you as well its also not good as you have no way of knowing who has done what on an account - the audit lists simply show it all as being the one user.
