Refund for Dropbox charge. How can I contact Support?

Hi,
I started a free trial recently to see how I got on, I didn’t end up using the subscription at all and then noticed a charge for £95. I was able to contact support but because the payment hadn’t gone through yet because there weren’t funds in my account, the support could not refund me, but he did cancel my plan.

Now that I have money in my account I have been charged the £95 but my plan has been cancelled so this is no way to contact customer support?

You can see here a step-by-step as to how you can contact our Support team while on a Basic account. 

 

If you do, feel free to let me know your ticket number. If you come across any issues when trying to open a new ticket, let me know and I'll do it on my end for you.
