I started a free trial recently to see how I got on, I didn’t end up using the subscription at all and then noticed a charge for £95. I was able to contact support but because the payment hadn’t gone through yet because there weren’t funds in my account, the support could not refund me, but he did cancel my plan.
Now that I have money in my account I have been charged the £95 but my plan has been cancelled so this is no way to contact customer support?
