I have an active ticket where a representative called Natasha confirmed a refund will be made 5 weeks ago. The refund status is still pending and there are only auto-responses on email and chat. How do I actually get the refund?

Reply here with your ticket number and a Dropboxer may be able to check the status when they return on Monday. @Megan @Hannah @Walter
