Paid for Plus Plan but Account Didn't Upgrade

Hi there. I resubsribed for my plus plan through Google recently but my account is still not upgraded. I looked around trying to submit a direct ticket to support but there wasn't any either. Any advice?

Hey @murtazadfs52, are you having the same issue where you upgraded your account, but it still looks as a free Basic one?

 

How did you upgrade it? Did you do it directly from our website or from the Dropbox app on your mobile device (billed through iTunes/Google Play)?

They opened a ticket for me and then next thing I knew my account was running correctly. Just Patience I guess.
