I can not pay for a subscription with a VISA card of a Tajikistan bank, it says "You are not allowed to make this purchase". Please tell me how to pay?2023-05-02 14_42_33.png

Hey @Voldemar! Thanks for posting this here. 

 

Are you having this issue if you try to pay for another service, besides Dropbox? 

 

Also, are you seeing the same error message if you attempt to upgrade your Dropbox account via another web browser? 

 

Let me know what you find, and we’ll take a closer look.

The credit card is new, payment for other services is not yet required. Browser and computers changed.

Can you also open an incognito window on your web browser, as a test, and let me know if that works for you? 

 

Have you, by any chance, contacted your bank about this in the meantime to see if there could be any kind of issue with your payment method?
