everytime i opened dropbox web, a red box came up and said i need to verify my email. but when i click sent verification email, i got nothing. i've checked my spam. plus, i forgot my password, and the email for recovering password doesn't come through either. but weirdly, i have sent a community comment in dropbox forum a while ago with the same email address and the notification of "ranking up in dropbox community" came through. so, it's definitely not a problem on my email.

yes I have not received anything from anyone. I find odd that I need to wait weeks before getting a resolution.
From what I can see, one of our specialized agents contacted you today about this.
I totally understand you’d like this resolved, but please kindly note that there’s usually a one-working day response timeframe.
I’ve added an internal note to your convo with them though, so that they can also see it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, I'm not receiving e-mails for: 1. verify e-mail 2. Password reset. I've tried suggestions on checking for e-mail in spam folder and also adding no-reply@dropbox.com. I can't even talk to chat bot support, as I need to verify my e-mail first.
Note, the e-mail address I've registered has just received e-mails from Dropbox Community.
Can someone please suggest how I can contact drop box support for a solution to this issue. Thanks
