Hello,

Our office has set up an Dropboxx account so to share info with our clients.

We often receive requests from our clients to join.  By accepting their request, do we incur another annual fee paying licence to our account ?

See below the screen shot of the Dropboxx alert I have received.

Thank you

Hi @Mike_Eas, and thanks for posting on our Community today.

If you don’t have enough available licenses on your Dropbox team already for your clients to join, then you’d need to purchase more indeed, which would also increase the annual cost of your subscription.

If I can clarify anything else though, feel free to ping me.
