Welcome to the Dropbox Community, Katrina.
I'd first suggest using our payment lookup tool, to see if you can locate the account associated with the charge.
If you see that it's not an account you own, you can contact our support team, by following these steps:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- In the "I want to look up information related to" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
- Fill out the rest of the form.
- Click "submit".
Let us know when you have a ticket number.
Thanks.
- KatrinaExplorer | Level 4Hi Hannah I went into that tool and the payment has been taken through PayPal - I clicked submit billing request as it says but feel like I’m going around in loops - it’s very confusing

Did you receive a ticket number in your email, Katrina?
- KatrinaExplorer | Level 4Got an email basically saying use the community support - no ticket number on the email
