Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails? Since you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charges, you can also take a look here.
Does that give you any results?

If you check your email address, do you see any recent emails from Dropbox regarding your plan? Please make sure to check your spam folder, too.

Hi Nancy,
The last email I got from Dropbox was a promotional one on April 1st. It was talking about upgrading my subscription to Dropbox Plus.
However, I've had that very same subscription for several years now and it was automatically renewed on May 21st through my PayPal account. I do however have access to 2 TB of storage but your website says I'm using the free version of Dropbox and, except for the storage, I cannot make use of the other perks of the Dropbox Plus subscription. That's a bit annoying to me.
Hi @GuillaumeH, you mentioned that you have access to the 2TB that the Plus plan provides, but the website says you're using our Basic version.
Could you send me a screenshot of your plan page, just so I can have a visual of what it reports there?

Hi there
For a long time I had a plus subscription but when I got a new phone from work (Iphone) the payment switch to my work email soo now my dropbox hase a basic subscription and I can not upgrade it, I tryed to use my old android phone to upgrade and it's accepted the payment but the account is still Basic.
Can anyone help me out 🙂

Do you remember perhaps whether you upgraded your account directly from the Dropbox website or via Google Play/iTunes?
Also, can you please clarify if you have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails?
If you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charges, you can also take a look here in order to identify the email behind the upgrade.
