Charged twice again - how can I contact someone to discuss this?

Looks like I've been billed twice again this year, and cannot figure out how to get to someone to discuss problem.  Would like a phone number or some way to make contact.  Don't remember who I talked to last year, but I got credit for the duplicate charge.

 

Thanx for any help I can get

There is no phone number. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
