How did you upgrade your Dropbox account? Did you do it on www.dropbox.com or iTunes/Google Play?
After upgrading your account, did you receive an email confirmation? If you did, I’d like you to check if it’s been sent to the same email address that you see here.
I just want to make sure there’s not a second Dropbox account that’s been upgraded instead.
