I upgraded my Dropbox account, but I don't see my Plus plan.

I upgraded my Dropbox account, but I don't see my Plus plan.

I upgraded to plus, but my computer has not updated to the plus plan. I have spent 4 hours trying to get someone to help me from dropbox. My contact information is [removed per Community Guidelines]

Hey @jcooley, sorry to hear about that.

 

How did you upgrade your Dropbox account? Did you do it on www.dropbox.com or iTunes/Google Play? 

 

After upgrading your account, did you receive an email confirmation? If you did, I’d like you to check if it’s been sent to the same email address that you see here.

 

I just want to make sure there’s not a second Dropbox account that’s been upgraded instead.

 

Let me know when you have more info.
