I can't upgrade because I get an error that says I have two accounts

Hello, I have tried everything and cannot contact anyone for support. I have the basic free plan and need to upgrade for more storage. Every time I try to, I get an error that I have two dropbox accounts associated with my apple ID when I do not. What do I do? Thanks.

Just in case, do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?

Did you attempt to upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?
