I think I have two accounts, and I'm paying for one of them
I am getting charged for a lock box account - The one I know how to log into is free and so there must be an old one out there that I dont know about. What do I do now to get a refund on my account?

Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
