I need to get a refund for one of my charges. How can I do that?

I was charged for and upgrade that cost $319.00. What I have already is good enough for me; because All I was using it for was to backup from my phone; so that didn't fill up my storage space on my phone.

You need to contact support for help noting that refunds are only issued where legally required: https://help.dropbox.com/plans/refund
