I cancelled my yearly Dropbox subscription, but my debit card was still charged, and my account cancelled. So now I lost the money and I don't even have the yearly account. Is there no way to get my money refunded?

Hi, @Hannah, thank you so much for replying. Yes, I see the charge there, and I see a refund has been Issued! That is great news! I was not aware of this and did not get any notifications. Any Idea how long these refunds take?

Refunds take about 4-5 business days, depending on your bank.
