So I got "dropbox plus trial" and have been trying to cancel it. Yes I've followed just about every direction and advice from the help center. When I go to manage account, I don't see anything about cancelling my subscription under subscriptions or billing. I'm confused and now concerned because I have zero desire to be charged. I'm also receiving email saying if I don't cancel I'll be charged.

How did you originally create your free trial? Was it directly through our website or the Dropbox mobile app?
If it was the mobile app, have you tried these steps?
