I've tried multiple times to cancel my subscription and website just goes into loop. I've followed all the instructions many, many times. I've let it run for over 10 minutes. Is this a scam just to keep billing me?

What loop are you getting into? Did you originally upgrade via the Dropbox site or the mobile app?

I have followed all the steps to cancel this service. The issue is that when I select cancel it brings up a beautiful white screen with the two cute blue blocks screwing and never gets to the next screen to cancel this money sucking service. When you call for support it is a joke and just hangs up on you and never gets to a real person. Huge scam!!!

Did you originally upgrade via the Dropbox site or the mobile app? Have you tried a different browser, or refreshed your current one?
